Full Refund
- ✓You cancelled before we made visible progress on your order, or the service didn't match its description.
- ✓We were unable to complete your order as requested.
Partial Refund
You cancelled after we had already started working on your order. In this case, we'll calculate a fair refund based on the remaining progress.
How Refunds are Processed
At FastAccess when you request a refund, you'll get back more than you paid. All refunds are issued as store credit with a 10% bonus on top, added instantly to your account.
