Support hours and response time
Support is available every day, around the clock. The fastest way to reach a person is the live chat on the site — it is attached to your order, so the operator already sees which account you are asking about. Written questions go to support@fastaccess.gg, and our Discord is open for anything else.
Most questions are about delivery, changing the account email, or refunds — those are answered in detail in the FAQ and the refund policy. If your order is already placed, open it from My Orders and write in the chat there — that thread reaches an operator directly.
FastAccess also trades as FastAccessGG — that is our seller name on Eldorado, and the same shop you are on now at fastaccess.gg. On G2G and EpicNPC we trade as FastAccess.
