How to Change the Email on a Plarium Account (RAID, Watcher of Realms)

Updated 9 August 2026·RAID: Shadow Legends

This is the step that actually makes an account yours, and the order matters. Doing it in the wrong sequence is the single most common way people lock themselves out permanently.

Register the inbox first — before touching anything

Most accounts are bound to an email address that does not exist as a real mailbox yet. Your first action is to go to the mail provider and register that exact address, character for character, so that verification codes have somewhere to arrive.

Copy the address from your order page rather than typing it. A single wrong character here is unrecoverable: Plarium will send codes into a void, and nobody can retrieve them — not us, not Plarium support.

Then change the Plarium password

Once the inbox exists and you can read it, sign in at plarium.com with the credentials from your order and change the password to your own.

Only after that should you change the email address on the Plarium profile, if you want to move it to an address you already use. Reversing these two steps is what strands people: the confirmation code goes to an inbox that does not exist.

Check the linked logins

Open the account settings and confirm nothing else is attached — no Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in you did not add yourself. A leftover social login is a second key to the same door.

If you find one, unlink it. If you cannot, that is exactly the moment to contact support rather than keep playing on the account.

If a code never arrives

Check the spam folder first, then confirm the address you registered matches the order exactly, including dots and digits.

Plarium occasionally delays codes by several minutes. If nothing arrives after that, write to support with your order ID before making further changes — every extra attempt makes the situation harder to unwind.

Common questions

Can I use my own email instead?

Yes, but only after you have registered the original inbox and changed the Plarium password. The confirmation code for an email change is sent to the current address, so it must be an inbox you can actually open.

What if I registered the email with a typo?

Contact support immediately with your order ID and do not attempt further changes. The earlier this is caught, the more likely it can be fixed.
