Starter account or hero account?
A starter account has resources but not a built roster: its campaign is cleared only up to the first stages. A listing on this page that shows its exact heroes and Lords is a ready account, and the starter ranges do not apply to it. If you want Legendary heroes and Lords on the account, browse accounts with a ready roster.
