Promo Codes: PROMO vs NON-PROMO Accounts
This only concerns promo codes redeemed inside RAID: Shadow Legends itself — it has nothing to do with your FastAccess order or checkout.
NON-PROMO accounts
These accounts were created on an email address that was never registered or confirmed, so in-game promo codes cannot be redeemed on them. You register that email yourself after the purchase. The account is completely safe — it is simply cheaper, because it comes without in-game codes.
PROMO accounts
You enter your own email at checkout and we link the account to it for you — instantly, with no extra steps on your side. In-game promo codes work normally afterwards, and the account is delivered automatically right after payment.
