What does AR 4 mean on a Honkai: Star Rail account?
It means the account has barely started - the tutorial is done and little else. On a starter account that is the point: the five-star characters are there, but the progression is still yours to play.
Can eidolons be added to an account later?
Only by pulling more copies of the character. They cannot be transferred between accounts, which is why they carry most of the price difference between listings.
