Can I change the server region after buying?
No. Europe, America, Asia and TW/HK/MO are separate game worlds and characters cannot be moved between them. Check the region in the listing before you pay - it is the one thing support cannot fix afterwards.
Does a low Adventure Rank mean a weak account?
No. AR gates world level and domain access, not character strength. Many buyers prefer low AR: the world is not yet scaled up, and the strong characters are already on the account.
